Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be modified. If you need assistance before your order is in production, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What if I am not home when my package arrives?

Yes, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom designs created using our Ring Builder
  • Loose diamonds with IGI or GIA certificates (due to certification and quality guarantees)
