1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Navarra Jewelers e-commerce store (“Site” or “Service”), you, the user, acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Navarra Jewelers, and if you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the Site or its services. By continuing to use this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement, and you accept and agree to abide by its terms.

By continuing to access or use the Site after such modifications are posted, you acknowledge your acceptance of those changes. Navarra Jewelers endeavors to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date descriptions, images, and pricing for all products offered on the Site. However, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of such information. The images, colors, and descriptions of products on the Site are intended for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly due to differences in monitor resolutions, device settings, lighting conditions, and the unique nature of handcrafted items. Navarra Jewelers reserves the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability without prior notice.
5. Ordering, Payment, and Taxes
By placing an order through the Site, you make an offer to purchase the products you have selected, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All orders are subject to acceptance by Navarra Jewelers, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to stock discrepancies, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. By submitting your order, you authorize Navarra Jewelers to charge the payment method you provide for the full purchase price, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges. You acknowledge that any taxes, duties, or charges levied on your order by local governments or customs authorities are your sole responsibility.
6. Shipping and Delivery
All shipping and delivery times provided on the Site are estimates, and actual delivery may vary depending on factors such as availability, carrier delays, or customs processing times. Navarra Jewelers is not liable for delays resulting from third-party shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control also if a package is missing while the tracking number shows delivered.
Ownership and risk of loss for products purchased pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier. If you are an international customer, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Navarra Jewelers offers a return and exchange policy as outlined on our “Return Policy” page. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to be bound by its terms. In some cases, Navarra Jewelers may cancel an order or refuse to process a return or exchange if it does not meet the eligibility criteria.
In the event that we cancel an order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other issues, we will promptly notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navarra Jewelers shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to the use of the Site or products shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maryland, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
16. Force Majeure
Navarra Jewelers shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or the failure of third-party suppliers or service providers.
17. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site and purchase products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
18. International Sales
For international customers, additional customs duties, taxes, or charges may apply. You are responsible for these fees, and we recommend you familiarize yourself with the import laws and regulations of your country before purchasing. Navarra Jewelers is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

This Agreement, along with any additional policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Navarra Jewelers regarding your use of the Site and services. This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written, between you and Navarra Jewelers.
