Production Timeline

At Navarra Jewelers, each piece is handcrafted to order with precision and care. Our typical production timeline is 5 to 20 business days, depending on the complexity of the design. This ensures that every detail meets our high standards of craftsmanship. 


Shipping & Delivery

Once your piece is ready, we ship it out with speed, care, and full protection. Every order includes:

  • Full insurance coverage
  • Real-time tracking
  • Signature upon delivery (for select orders)

Your jewelry is shipped via trusted carriers to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event of a lost or damaged package during transit, your purchase is fully insured for your peace of mind.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible, and contact us immediately at Info@NavarraJewelers.com and mention DAMAGED as Subject Title on Email. .

Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Please note: Navarra Jewelers is not responsible for Missing Packages that are marked delivered per the tracking number.  To ensure safe delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. We recommend shipping to a secure location, such as your home, office, or a place with security cameras, to help prevent loss or theft and assist in the event an issue arise


Returns & Exchanges

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 21 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (subject to availability). Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and delighted with your jewelry.


Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team to initiate your return.
  2. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging.
  3. Ship your return using a traceable and insured method. Navarra Jewelers is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or if an error was made in your original shipment.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry
  • Custom designs created using our Ring Builder
  • Loose Certified Diamonds with IGI or GIA Certification 

These pieces are specially made just for you and are uniquely tailored to your specifications.
